Dessert is always the thing that gets me. I can do the balanced dinners, the protein lunches, the big water bottle on the counter… but then dinner is over and suddenly I’m opening the fridge like, okay, what sweet thing do we have?

So I pulled together 25 high protein low sugar desserts you can make for the whole family (my kids really looveee the #10).

Cottage Cheese Pudding

Almost too easy… 3 ingredients, 2 minutes, and over 25g protein. It blends up creamy and chocolatey, so it’s a good one when you want dessert nowand don’t feel like making a whole thing. Taste it before chilling, because a tiny bit more cocoa or sweetener can make it feel more like your kind of pudding.
